Registration Fee & Activities
The following registration fee structure is proposed for participants with selected papers.
- US$ 350 for International Academicians and professionals
- US$ 200 for International Students
- Nu. 5000 for Bhutanese Academicians and Professionals
- Nu. 1000 for Bhutanese Students

Upon submission of the paper/abstract via the above link, kindly make the payments through bank transfer to the following:

Participants should pay their registration fee by bank transfer to the account details given above and email a copy of the transaction record to both secretary_icscientec.cst@rub.edu.bt and treasurer_icscientec.cst@rub.edu.bt.
An acknowledgement mail will be sent upon receipt of the same for confirmation.

NOTE:The Fee will include Conference ticket for all the three days, conference kit, Conference Lunch and conference closing Dinner. It does not however include the VISA processing fee. Kindly refer the website of Foreign ministry at https://www.mfa.gov.bt/visa-to-enter-bhutan/ for VISA processing fee.
VISA shall be processed by the Organizers upon confirmation of the registration.
